 Powell was fed the line, they had portable bio labs in trailers.
 They found the trailers, they turned out to be for generating
 hydrogen gas to be used for weather balloons in the field. They
 were built in Britain.

 BTW, when someone addresses a specific type of weapon, in this
 case Bio, it is a diversion on your part to conflate Chemical
 and Bio so it looks like whatever you are talking about refutes
 his comment on another weapon.

 There are no CBW weapons. There are chemical and there are bio,
 but now chemicalbio weapons. Make up your mind which you are
 talking about.

 And it is not true that either one could be all that
 conveniently deployed in the means you pointed out above. No
 chemical weapon large enough to cause enough harm to be
 classified as a WMD would be transported that easily.

 No bio weapon that is known to be production ready could either.
 The few that are potentially that dangerous are so dangerous
 they would likely kill the user as much as the target. Smallpox
 for example. That and even at that, as much as it would cause
 widespread death, it would still be not enough to stop any major
 power.
