 Huh? It's hitting the wrong target. If they had a poison gas
 plant, I see no need to feel bad for hitting the wrong plant.
 They shouldn't have had one at all.

 I always found that to be the worst arguement you can present.
 Ok, I didn't speak of it.

 OH? When did Clinton complain or blame GHW Bush? Or are you
 really saying Bush wasn't the one who sent those troops in?

 If you think dragging through the streets somehow intensifies
 the deaths you need to rethink that. There were many instances
 when our young soldiers were killed. 240 in Beirut, under
 Reagan.

 The death toll in Somalia was 18. And it probably wouldn't have
 been that high but our troops were not willing to massacre a lot
 of innocent people to protect themselves. They were more decent
 than most hard core right wingers.

 Actually, the fiasco was in not staying the course.

 We lost 18, our men killed somewhere around 1000. And they saved
 maybe tens to hundreds of thousands. That is not a defeat.

 However, a rabid republican cadre went pit bull over that.
 Clinton's failure was in not standing up to them and telling
 them to shove it.

 Oh, and don't forget, those men were in the process of
 attempting to sieze the clan leader who ordered an attack that
 murdered a number of our allies.
