 No, it is not. Submitting them is not against the law. It *MAY*
 be against the law for the person filling out the form, but that
 is *NOT* Acorn. And if it's an employee of Acorn, then Acorn is
 the victim there.

 Except that you continually make the false accusation that Acorn
 forged anything. Acorn is not accused of forging anything, and
 if an employee did he was cheating Acorn.

 Yes, that is where Acorn is victimized. Acorn paid for those
 forms, and when an employee either caused them to be wrongly
 filled out, or a citizen faked one up, Acorn paid for nothing of
 value to them.

 *THEY* don't get that choice. The canvasers do, but there is the
 question, even if they check ID, can they refuse to allow that
 person to submit a falsified registration?
