 I would agree. I would not change the criteria. I would then,
 after the confirmation, cancel the contracting process
 completely.

 If I were in the administration I would reveal the questions.

 Obama needs to call in the democratic Senate leadership and
 point out that they just may have to play as dirty as the
 republicans did when they were in power.

 Then let Cornyn know that his favored corporations will get
 nothing from unbid contracts unless he gets out of the way.

 Appoint her as acting head of the OLC pending confirmation.
