 Since the voter has to show ID, it doesn't matter. It's not
 registrations that count, but votes. Oh, and duplicate
 registrations don't count, cause you can still only vote once.

 And tell us what other proportions there are. Tell us what the
 standard is. Tell us what the rate of error is.

 In Toldeo a conservative group has started a petition drive to
 get the mayor recalled. You can imagine he is a democrat, though
 one I oppose all the time.

 The petition drive has been completed and submitted. The count,
 at last report, was nearly 50% false signatures. Yet the
 petition is still being accepted.

 So, tell me all those conservatives, esp businessmen, esp
 suburbanites who collected the signatures even though they don't
 even live in the city, are corrupt.

 Yet the petition was not rejected for that, as long as it has
 enough legitimate signatures. Seems like it will have.
