Neither am I am.  There are still limits as to how you can use a 
residential dwelling when it comes to running a business out of it.

LOL!  You are all over on this!  Most places now a days have laws 
against painting a car in thr open.

If you value your life, you do.  Try reading what's in urethane paint 
some day.  When catylized, it releases cyanide gas, amoung other goodies.

Has it occurred to you that I wasn't talking about simply making 
phone calls?  My scenario is an instance that does involve disruption 
of a residential neighborhood in a very noticeable fashion.  Just 
because ypur situation is not intrusive doesn't mean that all home 
businesses are of that type.

Actually, they are.  They are using their house as office space that would 
otherwise have to be in some commercial building.

LOL!  I gave you a situation where running a business out of your home 
would be detrimental to a residential.  I never said that only running 
a business by phone would always be in that category.

Do you have any idea as to what comes out of those coal fired electrical 
genration plants?  The chemicals are in par to the toxic materials

Yeah, right.  Bush the Younger was all over them, giving them variants 
on just about everything.  Clean Air, it wasn't.  For 8 years, those 
companies figuretively and literally got away with murder.

persecution".

The article was incomplete from the very beginning.  It was written not 
as a news story but as a sensationist editorial designed to inflame 
and incite.

No, it had a religious flaovor to it because of the initial faulty 
reporting.
