 No, you don't add it. If the mansion is 4 times the size of the
 average, how large is the guest house?

 Don't forget, Gore's bill includes his office. So, just include
 Cheney's office bill in with his residence bill, and I'll  bet
 it's not that far off. After all, his residence has an electric
 bill comparable to Gore's just by itself. Then he has the office
 also.
