Hi Dan.

I just saw AG Al Gonzales on ABC NEWs Stuttering and stammering out
he serves at the will of the President.

almost sounded like he was trying to say he was only following orders
like the fascists after WWII in the last century doesn't it?

I wonder if that argument will work this time around?

Do you think there will be an exodus of politicians to Argentina 
like so many at the end of WWII from NAZI Germany?

I wish Charles had lived to see this all coming apart at the
seams.
He too was a concerned and informed patriotic American believer
in the United States Constitutionally protected American Representative 
Democracy.

We both liked and shall remember him.
Many people liked Charles.
I wonder if his sister still maintains ghost?
I'd check again but fear it would break my heart as did the loss of 
my beloved Pit Bull and as continues to break my heart about all 
the death and maiming of brave Americans put into harms' way
by the current idiot administration.

We are getting safer from this insane administration but we are not
yet completely safe.

BTW. I tried desperately to verify the NSA was listening to me through
the telephone and DID so however didn't sufficiently document it
for others.
No videotape of the interaction between my audible queries and 
the apparent suddend and unexpected sentient answers promptly forthcoming
from the computer screen in the form of yes - no answers ( 0 and 1's)
on the KPPP dialers bandwidth throughput graphing.

I'd never before seen the KPPP graphing dialer acting like that!
Nor behaving like some magic 8 ball answering my questions.

I guess the boots on the ground intelligence types were just following 
the orders of the boss appointees put charge of them by this
incompetent and deranged administration?

I said it's not klike you guys have anything better to do like apprehend
the anthrax terrorist or Osama bin Laden.
IOW's I was my usual socialy polite self.
Oh yeah, and I wrote to their public affairs person at the email
address on the National Security Agencies web site telling them
times they may be a changing a new bosses and directives in the pipe
soon.
And that FISA and the United State Constitution might come back into vogue.

Oh yeah, sumpin else weird.
Attempting to download Tom's root boot my computer seemed to desire
not to reply with thta request so I told the listening thin air around me
it was merely a Linux boot utility after 20 or 30 failed attempts
to get that under 2 megabyte file.
When I said this to the thin air miraculously the file began to download
and my bandwidth to the internet spiked from 0 to over 13kb!
How odd.
I guess they thought it was WMD or the formular for TPTA?
Or the plans for nuclear weapons.
They could of gotten the plans for the nukes, in Arabic, off of George 
Bush's ordered web site put up over Negreponte's objections   


I said their bosses ( intelligence spook type) were likely on the 
back 9 or back at the clubhose quaffing cocktails.
It is not like the anthrax terrorist or Osama is still at 
large posing a genuine threat?
Or is it just like that?
 
If one didn't know any better one might think I was some kind
of outlaw motorcycle type  with great concern for my country, freedom
and the United States Constitution but having a reckless
disregard for my personal safety and security if those things
were threatened by radical extremests.
Like DICK Cheney and George W. Bush.

Oh yes, I also asked the NSA spook type hired intelligent computer nerd
if I was going to wind up fertilizing  Florida oranges in some grove 
somewhere.
The KPPP dialer graphing dropped to 0 even though ion hte middle
of a download which I took for no.

It did some other weird stuff.
Lots of consecutive weird stuff answering my queries unambiguously
and promptly.
Something *chilling* about that experience.
Likely just as intended.
I took some 3 or 6 days off and the people who doubted I had a stroke
speculated I'd croaked.
A certain comod in fact.
Ross Sauer ( no relation to the other Ross) was worried about me.

But hey, after some days I remebered that I am a biker, 
the _chill_ went away ( don't know about the surveillence)
That has been less forthcoming of late in writing back to me.
Computer Nerd in trouble for his answering me?
Hope not as that's what had the quite intended chilling effect.
give the kid ( boy or girl) a raise, he's a competent person in this   
administration and has a hel of a sense of humor IMO.
Some of the exchanges me and my Slackeware KPPP dialer were most
engaging, had my full attention. 
 
Then they pretended to be the Suncoast Center ( psychiatric clinic)
deranged voicemail service.
They also had a female spook call and tell this manic depressive my 
PSYCHIATRIC for INSANE NUTLY stroked out biker Wayne
was the day before and then again the day after my appointment.
I expressed several sentiments to the listening thin air, my phone,
the voicemail and occassionally I fear genuine employees and unwitting
operators and therapists at Suncoast Center.
I guess there are some therapists in need of therapy after talking
to me :-) 

Daffynition of a pissed mental health therapist is a pissed off
therapissed? ( are there two S's in therapissed)

It makes me all warm and fuzzy and socially correct?
Splains my attitude towards IDIOTSit does!
Splains my reckless disregard for my personal safety.
Splains why big tough HARLEY riders are 'fraid of slightly
psychotic me.

Slightly?
I leave you with my thought of the day.
When your spine's been broke a time or two for no fault of one's own 
and one has a stroke
leaving one in even more intense chronic pain it's good
to keep a happy thought and an upbeat attitude about these trivial
events.
It's what helps me to be polite and play well with others ;-)
