I'd like to point out some things, here.


First of all.....someone or several someone's inside the Davidian compound,
had recently purchased some parts for weapons that, taken `with' the weapons
in their posession, `constituted the machinegun' as defined by the law.


And where several persons in the Davidian compound had federal firearms
licenses.....none of them were licensed or authorized to own, possess, or
sell machineguns.


That said.......the LEO's `had' a warrant. It `had' been issued by a judge.


None of the LEO's who attempted the so-called `dynamic entry' via the window
on the roof were in possession of that warrant. In fact, the warrant was no
where near the property they were attempting to enter. It was enroute in
possession of a U.S. Marshall (I believe), but the LEO's at the scene made
the decision to make a `dynamic entry' now....and show the warrant later.


I have to say that, if I were sitting in my home, heard an upstairs window
break, ran up the stairs with a firearm in my hand and saw some heavily armed
bastard dressed all in black, with their face covered as well coming through
my upstairs window, I'd empty my gun right in the fuckhead's face!


Thats pretty much what happened to the LEO's at the Davidian compound. They
played a game that went terribly wrong, and some of them died over it.


Had they walked up to the door `with' the warrant, knocked and displayed the
warrant, Koresh might just have let them in and there wouldn't have been any
long running circus in Waco that ended in a fiery shootout and many deaths.


Without buying into Koresh's nonsense......I have no sympathy for the LEO's.
They were in the right, mishandled what should have been a routine
situation, and ended up terribly wrong!

That was another one that was badly mishandled by federal LEO's. They killed
Weaver's son, his wife, and the whole thing could have been avoided by just
using some common sense.


Here's two things I want to point out:


Many of the federal LEO names that figured in the one case, also popped up in
the other case.


Most, if not all, of the incompetent LEO's who were involved in the cases
were `not' really fired at all.


We only saw a more recent demonstration of government workers (local, state,
and federal) who are incompetent to do what they were paid to do, merely
`shuffled' into another government position.


A talking head can come out and say.........`Well...the bureau got rid of
him!'; but somewhere down the road you see the same person pop up again,
still on the public payroll, just in a different department!


The Randy Weaver, and the David Korish cases are perfect demonstrations of
government LEO's being answerable to nobody, responsible for nothing, and in
complete control of many aspects of our lives (more and more so, every
year).
