I don't need to be `presented with an opportunity'. I already voiced what I
thought of abortion many years ago.


And many of those who toss wild....unfounded accusations at me over it,
already `know' what I think on the abortion issue. But throwing mud at me
over it is more enjoyable to them, so they conveniently pretend they don't
know.


Actually.......there are many serious and valid reasons for a female to have
an abortion performed by a medical doctor.


A convenient (although expensive) method of birth control because neither of
the two parties enganging in the sex act had the brains or the sense to use
birth control is `not' one of them.


And birth control methods in America cannot possibly fail `that' often, or
there wouldn't even `be' a birth control industry `in' America! Obviously,
even if you claim 10 million out of the almost fifty million abortions since
Roe-Wade, as being for legitimate reasons, that still leaves about forty
million that failed due to either method failure.....or stupidity of the two
participants. Again.......too many failures of `method' to support a
continued birth control industry.


Abortion should never have been an `issue' in the first place.


But......looking at the `Temperence Leagues' of the late 19th and early 20th
centuries, its not hard to figure out how it became one.


Kind of the same panic-laws we see coming up today over smoking. Where will
it lead? That sort of thing almost always has unintended consequences. Look
at Prohibition.


Abortion should be a decision made for medical reasons.


Almost 50 million abortions since Roe-Wade cannot possibly `all' be for good
sound medical reasons.


People have to take responsibility for how they use their rights. That
includes women. There's nothing `misogynist' in pointing that out.
