 Which is much like GW Bush's oil companies that went under, all
 three of them, with others either buying out the companies, or
 subsidizing the companies while GW Bush sold out his shares.
 It's called insider trading the way he did it. Hillary profited
 by about $100,000, and we don't even know if she kept that. Bush
 profited by about $15million, and he did keep that. Hillary was
 investigated and cleared. GWB was investigated, by his own
 former lawyer, and the decision was sealed.

 Ten years ago the republicans controlled congress. Did they
 change the laws? Ann Coulter said 5 years ago. Five years ago
 the republicans controlled the entire federal government. They
 had the votes in congress and the president to sign the bill,
 did they change the law?

 The original presidential order was signed by the Shrub's
 father. Did GW repeal it? A president has the authority to
 reverse a presidential order.

 Or not. The oil companies do not want cheap oil, they want
 expensive oil. For the last 7 years, going on 8, Shrub didn't
 reverse his father's order. For the first few years he had a
 compliant congress, they didn't change the law. The republican
 congress of the late 90s didn't repeal or modify the law.

 There is a good chance the oil companies did not want it
 changed. After all, the price of oil was a lot lower under
 Clinton. It was under Bush that oil went from $1.44/gal to over
 $4/gal. And everytime he talks about attacking Iran the price
 jumps again.

 Misplaced anger. You had well over a decade when the republicans
 were in a position to do something about it, and did nothing.
 The democrats have had very little time since 1995 when they had
 the ability to do much of anything. Actually, zero time when
 they were actually in control.

 So, if you want to find blame, point the finger to the right.
