First of all...let me set you straight on something; Neither Cunningham, nor
any other congress-person is my "boys". They are representatives in the U.S.
Congress from the state I live in. If you're going to address some sort of
`point' to me.....I would suggest you pick a method thats more lucid. I
`might' understand what point you're trying to make.....if I didn't have to
wade through all the school-yard language you use as a normal way of talking
to people when you are wound up with typing floods of words.

Secondly.....it might have helped you compose a more lucid post to me had you
waited a bit and first determined `what' side of this issue I'm on.

The truth of the matter is;

And nobody.........*nobody* should be above the law. Be it a Congressman, a
U.S. Senator,


or the president of the United States.

There was `plenty' to "back it up"......it was a *fact*. It happened. *You*
know it happened. The only way you *couldn't* know it happened is if you were
out of the country in the South Seas somewhere, when all that happened! And
there's little likelyhood of that now, is there?


And.....when it did happen, not *you*.....or anyone else in this echo or any
other echo who's habitually on the side of the `left', regardless of the right
or wrong of it, said one single goddamn fuckin' word of protest about it! Not
one of you!


That opened a `Pandora's Box' of `precedent'. If the president of the United
States can defy the law......and hold off a law enforcement agency who had a
legitimate warrant.........why would anyone be amazed that the guy from
Louisiana is fighting so hard to get all incriminating evidence returned
before it can see the light of day in a courtroom!


He was even sitting in the house while the search was being
conducted...stuffing documents into a bag! right under the noses of those who
were searching! Fortunately. those were also looked at....and several pieces
of incriminating evidence were found!


In the aftermath of the Sandy Burgher fiasco......why would anyone express
surprise that the goddamn democrats (and a lot of republicans, too) are
outraged that the search warrant was served and executed.....incriminating
materials found and seized.....and that there was such an outcry of protest!


Nobody raised the question of *what* Sandy Burgher had managed to `destroy'
before he was brought up short! Who `knows' what he perminently wiped out.


As for this guy from Louisiana (or any other publicly elected official,
whatever their party affiliation), if he's guilty of criminal activity and
convicted at trial, I hope they throw the fuckin' book at him.


I voted for Cunningham a few times......I'm glad he got caught...I'm glad he
was sentenced to prison, and I sincerely hope he fuckin' dies there!
