OF course it does, but when you have greedheads who don't
understand history and have a "my way or the highway"
mentality this is the result.  I think it was this echo
where somebody posted the article where BUsh calls the
constitution "just a goddamned piece of paper."
Yep, just a goddamned piece of paper, but one of the most
important godamned pieces of paper in the known universe.
BUt, when you don't understand anything but gimme gimme,
I"ll hit you over the head and take it if you don't give it
up then that "goddamned piece of paper" is what you use to
wipe and flush.
