  Giving up all?  What baloney.  All that is being done here is getting
very very tough with someone, who, when they are finished with him, will 
be recovering in a very short while, if not in minutes.

  Wrong.  Suicide bombers expect to die an instant death with no 
pain whatsoever.  Most likely these cowards are not difficult to break.
But don't expect them to be afraid of a lecture.

reinforce that notion.

  This is the same old claim that ignores the fact that waterboarding 
only gets the subject wet and chocked up, and is used as a last resort 
to save lives, and is something the subject will be recovering from 
in a matter of minutes.   Sorry, Dan.  We've been around this block 
before.  Nothing has changed.

   That you would compare those who use waterboarding under those 
circumstances to terrorists is a slanderous lie, and is quite immoral.
Terrorists behead people.  Terrorists walk into Mosques and blow 
people up.   Terrorists fly into buildings.   Your silly comparison 
is made in a vacuum.
