Kinda like getting out of ski boots. That's the best part of the day.

I'll put money on it, that Dallas now realizes how refreshing a stretch feels
every so many miles. I'll also bet, if you didn't ask for a break, he would
eventually demand one. |-:[ <-"El Diablo"

It's a pretty interesting dance, when I want to get something done, and I know
a break would be more productive eventually, or if I can just do X more things,
then I can "break" for a four hour nap. The continuum, you describe may well be
the same. Once you put down the chore, is when you realize how tense the
muscles have become. <?>

Oh, no!!! I just found a *job* for the jack-hammer. I may well have found a
home for the Italian porcelain tile.

He wants to drive through town to check my good, (I think I mentioned "He
couldn't *believe* the tile I was getting for free."?) but I suspect he wants
to put his name on a few squares. He'll try to pay me too much for it, and I'll
try to give it to him, and install it for the cost of materials. I'm already
preparing a proposal, that I'll let him feed and board me, and maybe pay for my
propane.

He also wants me to supply him with a 'puter that he can "get online with." I'm
thinking he could stand a $10 auction find, with a $15 printer, and maybe one
of the 21" or 19" monitors I bought on Tues.

Good for you! You enjoy having your hands in the dirt, don't you? I put almost
nothing in this year, and what I did put in, I tried to keep in pails. Even
then, I lost one tomato to frost. The trunk looks alive, but all the leaves
turned in a frost a few days ago, and I forgot that one when I hooded the
others. GREAT crop of apples this year.

Ya... I'm prickly alright. No WONDER I was considered a security risk. <LOL>

What a great time, that sounds like. Is it a regular event, or a one time deal?
