Now that I have the DATA from those 18 Cartridges on my XP box
I could do that, since I have them in seperate Sub-Directories
under the Sub-Directory I made to put the DATA in.

I very rarely put any Files in the ROOT C:\ directory,
only Sub-Directories, because of my DOS Dazes of remembering
the ROOT Directory had a Limit of 512 entries in it.

I haven't any idea if NTFS on this XP box has any limitation
like that or not (Never thought to look in XP's H&S for it).

My EZ135 Syquest Drive was a External Parallel Port unit
on my 486 box that didn't have a CD(DVD) Burner,
just a 2X CD-ROM, so I never was able to Burn any of the DATA
on those Cartridges.

I'm glad a PCI SCSI Adapter Card came with the deal so I could
get the job done.

I have to tell on myself, so here goes.

Being of a DOS Mind(?), after I got the EZFlyer 230 on Wecnesday,
I spent Thursday and Friday going on the internet to Links I had
saved long ago that had Drivers, etc. for SyQuest Drives.

One web site wanted me to 'Download" THEIR "DOWN LOADER", NOPE!!
Another one asked me to type in a CAPTCHA what I thought a
Advertisement Illustration meant, I tried again and again on
both days but never could guess what they were wanting me to
type in so I could get a FREE download of SyQuest software for
a EZFlyer230, so I gave up with trying on that web site.

Another Bookmark I had no longer worked.

So on Saturaday Morning, after having the SCSI Adapter in the
XP box with the EZFlyer trurned on, I started up the XP box.

My Limited Users Account didn't see the drive (I think),
so I went to a Admiistrator  User Account that I use for
Windows Updates, and saw the drive in Windows Explorer,
and then started copying my Cartridges to a External USB HDD.

I had no idea the BIOS on the SCSI Adapjter Card would see
the syQuest right away, but it did.

Now You're thinking "Oh ye of little faith, why didn't you
hook it up on Thursday to see if it could be used right away"?

My answer is DUH!!!!!!!!!    I can't UnLearn DOS.
