It's not a flaw that MS has not addressed.  This is a problem with SpyBot
itself and apparently does not show up on all systems. As I stated in
another reply, I haven't seen that error or any indication of the DSO
exploit being reported by SpyBot 1.4.

I just did a Google search on the subject and came up with loads of hits
and what appears to be an explanation of why that's happening on your
system.  Do a Google search and also search the Google newsgroup archive
base.  Both contain a wealth of knowledge.

One solution is to stop using SpyBot.  If you're using Ad Aware and the
free MS spyware software, you probably do not need SpyBot anyway.  There's
also the free Spyware Blaster program that can be downloaded.
