I was referring to the minimum hardware requirements (as
reported so far).

Maybe. Some machines are shipping with W2K on them from what
I've seen. Not many but _some_.

People have said that a fondness for DOS CLI is a weakness but
I've really never found that to be true. I think the difficulty
making the transition to a GUI is much overstated.

Agreed. I enjoy W2K as much as I ever enjoyed W98SE and I have
access to the newer software. A win-win for me. :-)
