For those customers already being served it's not. I don't buy
that argument. One fee or the other is better than NO fee being
paid for existing lines.

Yes, it's not 100% 'bad' programming.

Whatever his decisions are I can empathize with his angst at
what is being made available to families via cable TV.

Maybe they do but I feel that a community should set
limitations on perversion being sold within their community.
Our legal system does attempt to prevent child pornography and
prostitution etc. We do, at some point, want to draw a line and
say "This far and no further".

That's a good idea but everyone isn't up to the task either in
skill sets or in hardware available for the task.

Yes, it's not an easy thing to accomplish however how to
control children as a parent is beyond the realm of this echo.
