Tom,

Since Juno was my first email software back in the Win 3.1 days,
I still use it as my primary address, even tho I have to use their
WebMail service now.

All those messages from Juno, I will read the Subject to see if I'm
interested in it (most times not), then I put a check mark in the box
and Delete them. (I found out they won't let me classify them as Junk)

Those messages from folks I don't even know, I select them all and press
the Junk button and then have them sent to the Trash Folder instead of
the Junk Folder.

I was using the Junk Folder option for a long time thinking that Juno
would be notified that I thought they were SPAM and add those users to
their Junk message list, and then later delete those messages in the
Junk Folder.
I noticed that the Junk Folder just kept increasing in size and limiting
my Inbox size, so I finally got wise and Deleted all the messages in
the Junk Folder and started Confirming the message(s) with the Trash
option selected.

BTW until just recently my message box size was 2 MB all of a sudden
they increased it to 1 GB.
That made me glad because one of my email contacts likes to send me
forwarded msgs way over 400K occasionally.  :-(
Thus filling my 2 MB mailbox quite rapidly.
