Almost any fantasy has a probability of 1 in a billion but life
is short and I've no time to wait for that.

There _was_ a "Hard Drive" echo here on FIDO at one time which
makes me think it is a 'generic' topic not necessarilly
confined to one OS?

Quiet because there is nothing to discuss or quiet because
there are so few who know/care about the Windows OS? You could
make yourself the target of all the sarcasm again by
complaining that XP just doesn't work for you or you can join
with the clique and try to trash me. How's that for something
to discuss? 

As I've said, feel free to discuss the weather, your previous
professions, any previous military experience and ham radio
amongst yourselves while the WMF patch escapes your notice and
your installed windows OS slides slowly into the dumper.
