Right.  Actually, the CD does more than provide emergency
recovery since the entire program can be run from it even on a PC that
does not have TI installed.

Not only would you have to activate again, but if the hardware is not the
same (motherboard, BIOS, etc) there's a good bet you would have to do a
repair install once the new hard drive is setup.

Like I said above, you'll probably have to do a repair install.  Dig out
those instructions and that web site I gave you a while back on how to do
it.  It might also be a good idea to have a slipstreamed copy of XP
including SP2 handy to do the repair.  If you need any further assistance
with this send me an email and I'll rehash the instructions to you again.

Sometimes this could be a better choice as it would give her a fresh copy
of XP SP2 and her programs.  Of course it could also be time consuming.
