Normally, an integrated video chip (most are by Intel) does not
have the capability needed to run high end graphics satisfactorily.  Most,
if not all are designed to share memory with the system.  That also limits
their performance.

Since Vista is still in beta, not enough is known about what its final
requirements will be hardware-wise.  (Generally, Microsoft's published
requirements are the bare minimum.)  Also, a lot will depend on what
programs you are using.  If for example, you do a lot of video editing or
high end publishing, then you'll most likely need a powerful graphics card
and more memory.  Or, another example would be if you're a serious gamer.

You can do some research on your own by going to the Microsoft site and
see what is needed graphics wise and memory to run DirectX 9C.  Afterward,
use a program that can identify and display information about your Intel
chip and other hardware on your machine.  Then compare.  One such program
available for download is "Everest Home Edition".  I believe it's still
available.  If not, I would be happy to email you a copy.  The program is
free.
