The card, manufacturer and BIOS version are displayed and then the card
starts reading the drive types.  It is stuck on reading the first drive:
ST3750540AS.  There is a message that says "Press <CRTL+S> or F4 to enter
RAID utility".  I press CRTL+S (numerous time) and nothing happens.  I
press F4 and I get presented with the Intel boot order (that has nothing to
do with the RAID utility!).

I may have to contact ST Lab to ask if they have some suggestions about
using their card with an Intel DG965WH motherboard or if the card is
compatible with that particular motherboard.

I just got out of bed and I haven't tried the card in any of the other two
slots yet.  I'll have to get back to you...
