I've done the same thing many times.  Run off in a hurry and forget
something that was needed.  It's especially annoying when you're far
enough away from home to not be able to return and get the items you
forgot.

When we were ministering at Killeen last year, I would make a small
checklist of things to take.  I knew that some items would be
forgotten unless I did.  And of course driving back (170 miles) to
fetch what I forgot was out of the question.  Especially with the
"rising" price of gasoline.
