I agree wholeheartedly!!

If it was deleted (or attempted to be deleted) it was done in the
AOL removal and then editing of the registry.

I'VE BEEN playing with UBCD4Windows for a few hours and have not been
able to even find the "America Online" folder, much less delete it.

I initially did a complete search of the registry looking for "america
online" and removed many instances of it after I did an AOL program
removal. Just got through doing it again and to my amazement regedit
found several more instances of "america online" which I deleted plus it
found 2-3 instances of "america online" that it could not delete. Message
was "unable to delete all specified values"
