Microsoft has admitted that the majority of folks who have Office software only
use a small percentage of what its capable of.  But if you scatter and sort
what each user or group of users say about what they do use, you'll find it
varies widely.  A legal secretary for example may use certain things in Word
that a school teacher does not and vice - versa.  That's why MS includes such a
wide variety of capabilities in their Office programs.
