ME has done well for me in the past even with its glitches in memory usage and
resources.  However, as you state above it's time to move on.  I can remember
at the time I was running ME I also ran Win2000 in a dual boot setup.  Before
long, it became apparent that Win2000 was a much more stable and efficient OS
to use.  I eventually moved everything over to Win2000 and completely wiped ME
from the drive.
