Whatever the new policy is, does not revoke previous "agreements" I made by
breaking the seal on the disk envelope. You and your teacher were blatantly
breaking your agreement, and you could both be charged with infringement.
Because, you "think" it's stupid, does not defer guilt.

You tell a community facilitator, that the pictures of half naked girls on the
screen is OK, because this Bowman character said it was OK, and that his
cahoots with MSs' 'newer - kinder' business model will back me up... When I
have to go through illicit means to procure a bunch of antiquated code, it
makes *me* look bad, *and* feel bad.

You don't seem to get that your spin at justification still doesn't make your
actions legal, no matter how 'new age' you or MS are today! I defame my
character in front of authorities, while breaking laws to get a CD that MS had
no intention of providing in the first place. HOOEY!!!
