So, what are you trying to do - use the NTFS partition under Linux or 
reformat it?  If the former, it's easiest to plug the drive into a 
working Windows system and use "chkdsk /f" to try to fix up any 
problems.  If the latter, you may want to try downloading and using the 
Gparted ISO image to create a bootable CD and access the drive to 
eliminate/move/whatever the partition.

As for LILO (not sure why you're using an old boot loader that doesn't 
seem to have much utility these days), it's trying to write itself out 
on the second physical drive.  You'd have to provide more info to know 
whether that's a good thing.
