I'm a bit puzzled here- the quoting at the top and the last line refer to the
BIOS, but in between, you describe using Windows Device Manager... what's
listed in the Device Manager is dependent on what's made available in the
BIOS... you access that at the very beginning of system startup, before Windows
starts to load.
