The printed advertising only states $25 + 6.95.  There is absolutely no mention
of an extra $10 in the official advertising material.  I couldn't find $10
mentioned on the Rogers website either except for this: "Prices do not include
the $6.95 monthly System Access Fee and other fees.Añ "

The "Añ " doesn't provide any reference what the "other fees" would be.

When the fees are stated like that, they may as well advertise the cost at
"ONLY 99cents/mo + other fees".

When the sales clerk handed me "the contract" to initial and sign in various
places, I noticed a $10 fee in the "Voice" section.  I asked, "what is this $10
voice fee when I am purchasing a data plan?"  The clerk told me that I will be
credited the $10.  In other words, it will be added and then removed.  He said,
"it's weird, but that's how they do it". Well.. I am not convinced that it's
going to be removed.

This whole approach is pathetic.  Shame on them for misleading customers.  This
is no way to gain trust or loyalty.  When my contract is up, it's goodbye
Rogers.
