Stats for the 1998 IBM Aptiva I've got 2139 SE7 I believe if 
I recall correctly.
That's how they were configured when shipped. 

Can't actually see the specs without removing the power supply
as it's covered by a shield just where the ratings are.

Also the standard IBM replacement for this unit is 145 watts.

I may see how difficult it is to remove tomorrow, or not.
There are other limitations in the BIOS I do not like like
it will not put the monitor on low power standby nor the system.

It's a temp system.
Good enough for now but soon to being relagated to lesser tasks.

That shield does look like it'd make it difficult to just
unscrew the PS at the back and slide it  out but perhaps enough to
see the ratings.
