Absolutely.

We offer protection and optimization service whenever we sell a computer, well
I sold a laptop to this guy and he took the service, we removed the trialware
and crap, tuned and optimized the system and installed McAfee Viruscan Plus.

He comes back a week later and has Antivirus 2009 on his system, which is a
Rogue Security Program. He is all pissed, and says I paid you good money to put
protection on my new computer and I still got infected. I looked into his
browser logs to see which sites he had visited on the internet, cross
referenced it to his McAfee logs and he consented to letting it in. We fixed
him anyway but warned him of his evil ways. <G>

Other customers think that AV software allows them to walk in front of a moving
train with impunity.
