I could choose from the BOTH program if I wanted to print the odd pages
first or the even. The natural thing is of course to start with page 1.
The print program in OS/2 automatically starts with page 1 on the laser
printer.

I haven't stripped the tractor feed edges from the half box I have left
of that paper and I wouldn't trust that paper in the laser even if I did
tore the sheets from each other. I use normal copying paper in the laser

I have also read those sad stories but I'm glad that Win 7 works OK for
you. I'll keep the XPP in the TP even if I will install OS/2 on it as
soon as I have a non-Win modem for it.

I have just contacted my host-sysop in Sweden and got his reply
yesterday that there apparently is no USR importer in that country so
I'll have to either contact US-Robotics direct or Tiger to buy one from
the US.

He did however mention that he has a combined modem/LAN PC-card that he
thought had a 56kb modem.

It's a Xircom RealPort, Ethernet 10/100 + modem 56 with the type:
REM56G-100.

He also found drivers for various Win-versions and comments about better
support for os/2 here:

But first of all I have to find out what he means by "PC-card".
