I'm not certain if I replied to Pontiac/Steven or not.

I did go to a CMD prompt and typed CACLS/? to read the help for the
command.

After reading it I didn't think EVERYONE was a good idea for me to try
since I changed my Default Account from Administrator to Limited.

As I said before, I finally decided NOT to help the vulgar computer
modifying folks get into my XP box by changing the Default account that
HP set up to Limited, so I could keep all of the settings that I was use
to using the same.

I didn't want to start another account as a Limited user and have to go
through all the various programs I use just to set them up (AGAIN) as I
have been use to doing since I bought the XP box in the middle of 2006.

Having to go to my new Administrator account OCCASIONALLY to do some of
the things that I normally did when my Default account was set up by HP
to be a Administrator, isn't hard for me getting use to doing.

Some of the programs in my Default account, such as Secunia PSI,
wouldn't run in my Default account anymore, and they weren't  listed in
the Start - All Programs menu of the new Administrator account, so I
just used Windows Explorer to go to C:\All Programs\program name and
find the Executiable and Right Click on it, select Send To - Desktop
(create shortcut), and WHIZ BANG! I had a Desktop Shortcut I could use
so I could do in the new Administrator account what I was use to doing
in my Default Limited account.

Hey!, I know someone, who doesn't know me very well, while reading this
might think that I really know what I'm talking about when I type
TUTORIALS like the one above.

But You know different.

Remember what I just confessed to about misleading everyone about the
Power Down selections on my Digital TV Convertor box in an earlier
message from me.   :-(
