Wow!  Your prediction came true in the "blink of an eye"...  When the
screen saver was activated, it now says: 'Please Wait', with no activity. I
don't want 'Please Wait' burned into my screen, so I deactivated it.  Oh
well, it was fun to watch the "missile launches" while it lasted.

I guess the above message was a hoax, put up by someone who was able to
intercept the link to the URL.

I am waiting for the other shoe to drop -- "Spammers take Lycos to Court
for Denial of Services"...

Another newsworthy event I found at the URL you supplied -- a spammer gets
nine years in jail and his sister is fined $7,500.  Is the law going to get
tougher on the spammers?
