	Read my just previous post to Alan. Further to this, I can say that the W-7
repair and booting Recovery DVD will load itself and run the machine from the
DVD-ROM and also from a USB DVD, yes, I have one.

	Ed, you can still use the clone function. TI will load itself from the CD-ROM
and validate any USB port to which is attached your clone device to move back
to your C:\ as needed. Smart TI !

	Ed, you do not "boot" from the USB in your case.

	This is the situation where a clone shines, along with TI.

	Not only cloning back is easier, but backing up files/folders is just as easy.

	Yes, I used to do this too on XP but W-7 sure beats a nicer drum.  SP4 ? Do
not hold your breath ! I think that support for XP is on the way out. I am
keenly awaiting W-8.
