Jay, Aparently you read my Message too fast,
or failed to comprehend what I was saying.. ??

While your explaination of "common delivery point
at a stragegic location", is Correct, you Assumption
that every piece of Mail get delivered Correctly is Faulse

AS I said, there are 120 houses at my "strategic location"

ONLY 60 "Multiple mail boxes" were ever installed and
assigned to Single residences, leaving the other half without
mail delivery..

Soon after the New 60 "Multiple mail boxes" were installed
a Drunk Driver crashed into them and took out 20 of them,
leaving ONLY a 40 Box Unit standing..

that was "FIVE" years ago, and no additional Multiple Box units
have been established and none of the 80 homes in my area have
any Postal service..

Case in Point, some Idiot from My Health Insurance Provider, mailed
me a NEW Insurance care to my Phisical Addrerss, not realizing that
the P.O. Box as my Mailing Address on her computer ment that
she should mail all correspondence to my Listed PO Box Address
and not my phisical Address..

I never got that correspondence that she sent me,
and no phone call or notice from any Postal employee
that I had undelivered mail waiting someplace?

I discoved the lost mail, after I contacted my insurance Agent
about the expiration date on my old ID Card,
the Agent contacted the home office about my missing New Insurance
card and discovered that some BO-Head at the home office had
mailed it my phisical Address and never got any return mail from
the Post Office, so a New card was mailed out to my Post Office address,
at the MAIN POST OFFICE....


MY POINT IS...

Your Claim that the Post Office Employee's are REQUIRED BY LAW to deliver
all mail to the listed Address...

I can Attest that that is not the case in my Area..
