O.K., I will try the right Alt key this time.

The Right ALT 139 character HERE> .
The Right ALT 248 character HERE> .

The Left ALT 139 character HERE> .
The Left ALT 248 character HERE> .

Using either ALT key for 139 I see a letter i with two dots above it.

Using either ALT key for 248 I see a Degree Sign.

At least that is what I see in my EDitor.

I looked at the copy of the 12-06-11 message to You and the ASCII
characters were in it, I guess when the message got packed into a .REP
SLMR changed them?

Another thing I have noticed is the Subj: in Lee Greens reply to Jean
Parrot dated 12-07-11 (17:14) shows the four ASCII characters after the
RE: .

I sent a reply to Jean on 12-08-11 (15:28) with the same Subj: line,
He probably has replied to that message in this packet, so I will have
to take a look at it after my message to You is finished.

I have no idea.

Somewhere in my wanderings looking through the XP box I have seen the
number 1033 referring to Language on this computer, would that have any
meaning?
