re. right-mouse click on Mac:

Mac OS has had right-mouse support  built into the operating system since OS
8.0 back in 1998, but many users don't realize it... if you have a mouse with a
'secondary' button in hardware plugged into the Mac, you can enable secondary
button operation from the Mouse system preference. (Where else?)

On a Mac laptop, with a single-button trackpad (and no mouse connected), hold
the Control key down while clicking for the equivalent.

WL mouse??? Wireless, perhaps? Recent Macs have bluetooth built in, and Apple
(among others) has a wireless bluetooth mouse - no adaptor needed. That won't
work with your earlier G4 12" Powerbook, but will work fine w. the Air. The
problem with using other wireless mouse is whether there are Mac drivers for
the adaptor. Maybe yes, maybe no.

The Apple Mouse is interesting - it appears to have no buttons - but clicking
works - including right-clicking (when that is enabled in the system
preference).

I don't understand why you're having problems removing entries from the Address
Book... on my (OS X 10.7) version, there's an Edit/Delete Card menu item. If
you want, I'll fire up OS X 10.6 on my Dell netbook (!) and check with that
Address Book version...
