I received an Email from DLink the other day - something about them
settling a lawsuit and stating if I wanted to be a party to it I had to
sign up. They were forced to send this out due to the settlement. After
reading the legalese for about 30 minutes I think the whole basis for
them being sued and losing was that they didn't adequately state in
their literature that speeds could vary depending upon the conditions
you cited above. All of a 4-5 line paragraph!!!
