Judging by the quantity of information along with _some_ of the
actual BBS software available for downloading I would guess it
certainly _did_ take some years to compile all of it.

It is a good thing especially for "the last of the breed" who
cut their online 'teeth' calling BBS. :-)

Then I defer to your awareness of this information. I posted
here as soon as I saw the quantity of information. It is 'new'
to me.

Many people have asked for information over the years but most
were just curious and too lazy to find it for themselves. I
tend to ignore those requests.

I was interviewed by various computer magazines at the time I
was rewriting CoBBS and was mentioned from time to time in
others that had not talked with me. Probably as much because of
my being a sig section leader on Compuserve as for any other
reason.

I would need to transfer the code from the CoCo floppies to FAT
12 floppies to upload the code. The version he now has for
download is not up to date and doesn't work well at all. I doubt
anyone want's to resurrect a CoCo and run a BBS with it anyhow
so there is little/no motivation for me to hook up my CoCo and
make the transfers. 

My tech website for DOS and Win31 satisfies my nostalgia for
legacy software now. :-)
