I'll go you one better: I've worked _against_ lawyers.  :-)

People at my old company still talk about the day they all went silent so 
that they could hear my side of the argume...er, conversation coming out of 
my cubicle - that was the day I held my own (quite nicely, thank you very 
much <g>) against Michael Jackson's current-at-the-time manager - a pretty 
big tv dude whose name many of you would recognize (this was regarding their 
wish to license and continue using one of our copyrighted pieces that they'd 
initially stolen).  To me, he was just one more in a long line of rude 
infringers trying to rationalize criminal behavior, ho hum.

Moral of the story: do _not_ mess with Amy Guskin!  :-D
