Again, I'm *not* arguing that they should lie.  I'm arguing that it's not
uncommon and that after it has aired and people aren't guessing or listening 
to rumors
as to what *may* be aired, then people can expose the crap.

There are two alternatives:

1) Don't watch and hope others don't too to make such movies unprofitable.
   I think the movie will get ratings, but as I sdaid before,I have no 
intention
   os watching it... or any such movie... no matter who it's about.

2) Censorship.    Nope, I'm not going there.

The characters were, but the way the various positions of an argument were 
portrayed
were at times less than fair... and fans of the show could certainly listen 
to the portrayal as
though it reflected the actual argument.

I liked the West Wing. I watched it regularly and I thought it had some 
great writing.  I did see
some positions argued portraying the other side of the argument as a Dem's 
interpretation
of the argument, not the actual way the GOP would have argued it.

Were people that watched the show able to make the leap that because the 
characters were
fictional the arguments were not completely accurate either?  I doubt it. 
That doesn't mean
I blame the writers for anything, and no one heard me scream or complain 
about it at all.
