        Where exacty? I think my above statement is pretty
straightforward and couldn't be clearer actually.

        Oh, for God sakes --do you really think I view Usenet as the
Web as a whole, or merely as a part of it?

        It IS a part of the Web, and is integrated right into it --
always has been for that matter.
