        It's incorporated into the Web, it's a part of the Web ...yes,
it's the Web; Not strictly in a sense by itself, in and of itself, but
its platform is interconnected right into the Web itself, and it
exists in conjunction with it.
        As I said, we can split hairs over it, but saying it's "not he
Web" isn't accurate either. It's very much a part of it.
