Foot is doing OK; the muscle spasms in the back and legs are about to
knock me out tho.

I've done a lot more of that than I did when the girls were home. Should
have done more then but........

I know, my dad very seldom strays from the known, even when he goes out
to eat.  Mom will try something new but usually as a taste off someone
else's plate but not go so far as to order the unknown.

Next time at least toss some granola bars or something of that sort (and
a water bottle) into your camera bag.

I was home by about 4:30, doing well until the muscle spasms started
about 2:30 am. Took a major nose dive then and haven't gotten back to
the top yet.  Steve has done a good job of taking care of me tho.
