I know the feeling! But that's why the handicap works for me I get to

And all too true in his case....he really is the worst putter I've ever
seen...he 
can't seem to understand the finesse of putting at all and just clunks away, 
hardly ever hitting the ball squarely enough for a straight putt much 
less "reading the green"! But he's a good sport about it and enjoys the game 
whether he can putt or not and to tell you the truth at my point in life I'd 
rather play with someone I can enjoy it with rather than someone who is all 
competitive about it. (grin)

It is a truely magnificent feeling! The fact that it doesn't happen all that 
often only enhances the euphoria when it does! A Glorious game on a glorious 
day, who could ask for more?!

Then kill em with the side bets; "I'll bet you a quarter you don't make this

on this hole." If you pick those bets right you can get your money back and

Around here they finally figured out that 100% cart rental meant more money 
(grin) and in the golf business the faster you can get players around the 
course (carts=fasterplay) and the more $$ you can get out of every player, 
the more money you'll have at the end of the day (grin) Happily our cart 
rentals aren't that high yet so it's not a HUGE problem...at least at some 
courses!
