Always do - mine fits into the sewing cabinet, but it's not the original
machine and it won't fold down into it.  The machine is always out.:-)  I
came home from the dentist playing tic-tac-toe on a tooth (after a little
retail therapy at a favorite thrift store) and went straight to the sewing
machine.

Could be.  Sharp isn't the highest quality brand, but sometimes the cheap
stuff runs forever.
